Go to the shopWe do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges. If you decide that you do not want your item, you can exchange for any other item of equal value or return for store credit. To be eligible, your item must be as you received it and unopened. Thank you.
To start a return, you can contact us at damodeusa@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please read description of item before buying any PRE-ORDER items.
Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout, and due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
We cannot guarantee a specific ship date, but we will try to deliver to you as soon as possible to the estimated shipping date.
Please do not order if you are unable to wait. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
Once you place an order with us, it means you are willing to accept these conditions.
BACKORDER AND SELECT HAIRCARE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our shop, some haircare items will be backordered, and if it is in stock, we will ship it out to you promptly. If it is not in stock, we will send you an email regarding it's backorder status and it's expected ship date. Please do not buy our items if you do not accept these terms, and we thank you for your patience.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
